The most effective stock investment strategy is one that aligns with the investor’s accounting behavior in making decisions to buy, sell, or hold stocks, based on their personality. Experience in conducting research and community service is also related to accounting behavior in the capital market. The courses taught include Financial Management, Investment Theory and Capital Markets, Financial Analysis and Valuation, Asset Management, Risk Management, and Stock Systems. Several books produced with funding from the Dikti Grant include Applied Financial Management, Investor Personality in Stocks with MBTI and DISC, as well as Portfolio Management across Generations X, Y, and Z. In addition, there has been funding received from the Matching Fund for research and community service, resulting in an Educational Tourism Site in Jatirejo Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City. There have also been participation in Feasibility Study projects with the Semarang City Tourism Office, the Transportation Office, and the Public Works Office of Surakarta City.
